We are recruiting on behalf of our client , a leading hospitality organisation in Malta, seeking an experienced NetSuite Specialist to join their growing team.
This role will act as the internal expert for NetSuite, supporting system optimisation, automation, and business efficiency across multiple departments.
You will be responsible for managing day to day NetSuite operations, improving workflows, and supporting system enhancements while collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation.
• Act as the primary NetSuite point of contact for internal users
• Configure and customise NetSuite modules based on business needs
• Troubleshoot system issues and manage user permissions
• Support system upgrades and enhancements
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive automation
• Support integrations with other business systems
• Train users and maintain system documentation
• Must be currently residing in Malta
• 2 to 4 years of hands on NetSuite experience in a specialist, administrator, or analyst role
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite modules such as Financials, Customer Relationship Management, Procurement, Inventory, or Advanced Revenue Management
• NetSuite certification
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
