You’ll be a friendly, high energy, positive team member helping to keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.
· Assist and facilitate our team as necessary – whatever is needed
· Lead our document scanning project, keep it organized, on schedule, and continuously progressing forward
· Answer and route phone calls professionally
· Greet customers and support customer requests
· Keep files and systems organized
· Data entry
· Assist with order processing and paperwork tasks
· Run errands as needed
