Job Description: Virtual Call Representative at Compass Realty Inc

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a virtual environment to assist clients with real estate inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Update client information in the database accurately and timely.
• Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency in customer interactions.
• Listen actively to customer needs and resolve any issues or complaints professionally.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve performance targets and deliver high-quality service.

Essential Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced virtual call center environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency.

Desired Experience: Up to 2 years of experience in customer service or call center roles.

Salary & Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $30 per hour
• Maximum Salary: $32 per hour
