Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, implement, and evaluate employee health services in the local market, ensuring alignment with system strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Serve as a key resource for education, communication, and support related to occupational health, infection prevention, workers’ compensation, and staff wellness initiatives.
- Conduct routine occupational health activities and support programs that promote staff safety and well-being; assist with program documentation and reporting.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements; maintain accurate records and assist with incident management.
- Promote infection prevention principles and provide education to staff on health and safety practices within the occupational health program.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California
- Knowledge of occupational health concepts, infection prevention, and workers’ compensation processes
- Ability to work in a hospital-based setting and provide on-site support
- Strong communication and education skills; aptitude for staff coaching and program coordination
- BLS certification preferred; experience in occupational health, infection prevention, or workers’ compensation is a plus
- Availability to participate in a travel assignment and meet the assignment start date and duration
