In this role, you will have the freedom to work from anywhere and create customized itineraries for clients based on their preferences and budget. You will have access to top travel suppliers, receive training and marketing guidance, and have the opportunity to grow your client base through referrals, networking, and providing excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work remotely to create personalized itineraries for clients, including flights, accommodations, activities, and other travel arrangements
- Build and maintain relationships with top travel suppliers to ensure the best deals and options for clients
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during their travels
- Utilize marketing guidance and strategies to promote your services and attract new clients
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, travel regulations, and destination information to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and bookings
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and resources, and support each other's success
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a travel agent or in a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and remotely, while also being a team player
- Proficiency in using travel booking systems and other relevant software
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
- Passion for travel and a desire to create unforgettable experiences for clients
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate clients in different time zones
