Prepare flash highlights, insights, and executive‑level reporting for Director and Executive Management, ensuring timely, accurate visibility into financial performance and strategic developments. Strategic & Ad‑Hoc Business Support Provide analytical support on strategic and ad‑hoc business initiatives , complementing ongoing planning, forecasting, and financial analysis activities. Partner cross‑functionally to support informed, data‑driven decision‑making. Financial Analysis & Problem Solving Apply strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities to interpret complex financial data, identify trends and risks, and develop clear, actionable recommendations. Executive Communication & Storytelling Communicate insights effectively through clear written and verbal messaging , translating complex financial analysis into meaningful insights for both financial and non‑financial stakeholders. Process Improvement & Change Leadership Identify opportunities to standardise, automate, and improve financial processes . Lead or support initiatives that increase efficiency, streamline workflows, and enable scalable, best‑in‑class financial operations.
