Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program. Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA. Active California SLP license is required to start the assignment. BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Demonstrated experience evaluating and treating adult dysphagia and cognitive-communication disorders preferred. Experience with electronic medical records and documentation in post-acute settings preferred. Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift: Days. Scheduled hours: AM 8 (5x8 schedule).
