We are seeking a skilled Blockchain Developer to lead the development of a innovative blockchain-based real estate platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in blockchain technology, smart contract development, and real estate industry processes to create a secure, transparent, and decentralized platform for property transactions and management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and implement blockchain solutions for real estate transactions, including property listing, ownership transfer, and leasing.
* Develop and deploy smart contracts on Ethereum, Hyperledger, or other blockchain platforms.
* Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts using Solidity, Rust, or similar languages.
* Integrate blockchain solutions with existing web and mobile applications.
* Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of the blockchain network.
* Conduct code reviews and testing to ensure quality and compliance with best practices.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in blockchain development, smart contract programming (Solidity, Rust, etc.).
* Strong understanding of blockchain protocols, consensus mechanisms, and cryptography.
* Experience with decentralized applications (DApps) and blockchain frameworks.
* Expertise in front-end development with React.js or similar frameworks.
* Knowledge of real estate industry workflows, legal considerations, and regulatory compliance.
* Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript or Python.
* Familiarity with cloud services, databases, and API integrations.
* Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with NFT/tokenization of real estate assets.
