As a Security Officer Hospital Patrol in West Valley City UT you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more. Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour

06:00 AM - 02:30 PM

02:00 PM - 10:30 PM

06:00 AM - 02:30 PM

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and/or critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner including contacting site leadership and/or first responders when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings parking areas and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity support staff and patient-facing areas with information and direction and report security-related concerns according to site protocols.
• Document incidents observations and/or daily activities in required reports and communicate relevant updates to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Must be able to provide required vaccinations for a hospital environment.
• Must be willing to work in a hospital environment that includes a morgue.
• Must be able to provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital environment as required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
