As a Security Officer Hospital Access Patrol in Cleveland OH you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures access protocols and/or emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and/or critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner documenting security-related concerns and sharing information with appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings entrances parking areas and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
• Assist patients visitors staff and vendors with directions entry procedures and general questions while supporting a professional presence at the location.
• Monitor assigned areas for security-related issues policy violations and/or hazards and communicate observations to site leadership and/or first responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proof of required vaccinations is required for this hospital site.
• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
