This is a remote position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead commercial and technical negotiations with customer procurement and other key decision-makers
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within relevant industrial markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
Work closely with the inside sales team on all sales-related operational tasks, including preparing quotes, following up on invoices, and similar activities
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and offerings
Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers
Ensure customer satisfaction and manage post-sales follow-up
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong technical sales background in industrial or mechanical products required, with direct experience in drive technology, gears, winches, or closely related mechanical systems strongly preferred
Structured and independent working style with a willingness to take on responsibility
Proven B2B technical sales experience is required, including experience selling to industrial customers and leading commercial discussions with procurement, operations, engineering, or maintenance stakeholders
3–5+ years of successful outside B2B sales experience in industrial, mechanical, or engineered products, preferably in a market relevant to gears, winches, or comparable drive technology applications
Candidates with broader technical sales backgrounds should demonstrate direct experience selling comparable products into comparable industrial markets
Experience selling into manufacturing, heavy industry, material handling, marine, mining, energy, or other relevant industrial sectors is strongly preferred
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
Willingness to spend over 50% of the time in the field, including international travel
Team player with excellent communication skills
Customer-oriented mindset and professional interaction with clients
Proficient in MS Office; experience with Sage is an advantage
