This role focuses on guiding customers through the buying process, building strong relationships, and helping them find the vehicle that best meets their needs. The ideal candidate will be motivated, customer-focused, and eager to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. • Training & Development: Participate in company training programs, workshops, and product knowledge sessions to understand sales techniques and inventory.
• Sales Support & Execution: Assist with sales administration, process orders, prepare quotes, and maintain customer databases.
• Customer Relationship Management: Engage with customers to understand their needs, handle inquiries, and provide solutions.
• Business Development: Actively seek new sales opportunities, make calls to new accounts, and cultivate existing relationships.
• Shadowing: Travel with or work closely with senior sales representatives to learn the full sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Motivation: High energy, goal-oriented, and a strong desire to succeed in a sales career.
• Technical Proficiency: Ability to learn CRM tools and, or web-based order entry systems.
• Skills: Strong communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Education: High school diploma is often preferred.
