Job Description

Treasure AI:

Treasure AI is the agentic experience platform built to acquire, retain, and grow your most valuable customers. Powered by AI, Treasure AI is shaped by human creativity and always-on through continuous, context-driven action.

Furthermore, Treasure AI employees are enthusiastic, data-driven, and customer-obsessed. We are a team of drivers—self-starters who take initiative, anticipate needs, and proactively jump in to solve problems. Our actions reflect our values of honesty, reliability, openness, and humility.

Your Role:
We are scaling our Product Operations function within R&D at Treasure AI. This role is for someone who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments, enjoys solving problems from first principles, and wants to build scalable practices that will grow with the company.

You’ll own execution of critical cross-functional programs — from new product launches to Beta → GA transitions — while shaping and enhancing the core product processes that enable predictable delivery. You’ll ensure stakeholders across Engineering, Product, GTM, and Customer Success are aligned, risks are surfaced early, and progress is reported clearly.

Equally important, you’ll serve as a driver and champion for internal AI adoption, helping teams identify opportunities to leverage AI in reporting, process automation, and delivery practices. You’ll do all of this with a steady hand, a positive attitude, and the ability to lighten the room with perspective when things don’t go according to plan.

You will operate at the intersection of AI, data, and human-centered design — translating intelligent capabilities into experiences that are intuitive, transparent, and trustworthy.

This role requires strength across two dimensions:

  • Human-in-the-Loop capability

    • High-Stakes Presence & Judgment: Demonstrates the emotional intelligence and intuition needed for live customer engagement, calculated risk-taking, and value-driven decision-making.

  • AI-native fluency

    • Technical AI Integration: Masterfully blends independent data mining, advanced prompting, and automated workflows with an AI-first approach to drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive planning and execution for key R&D programs — launches, suite rollouts, and early release programs — proactively identifying issues and solving problems creatively amid shifting priorities

  • Own and continuously improve product delivery processes from intake to readiness, ensuring consistent application of stage-gates, checklists, and playbooks in collaboration with Product Ops

  • Track and report on delivery progress, milestones, and risks across programs, providing clear updates that ensure visibility at the exec and board level.

  • Champion AI adoption by identifying automation and productivity opportunities, partnering with R&D and Ops to embed AI tools into workflows, and sharing learnings to encourage adoption.

  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment through launch reviews and dependency syncs, ensuring GTM and CS teams are launch-ready with the right inputs from R&D.

  • Balance structure with flexibility in an evolving environment, rolling with shifting priorities while maintaining consistent processes.

  • Proactively identify and resolve issues, navigating dependencies and blockers creatively to keep programs on track.

  • Ensure stakeholder readiness by coordinating the right inputs, timing, and communication across R&D, GTM, and CS teams.

  • Bring composure, positivity, and humor to high-change environments, keeping teams focused and fostering collaboration through stressful situations.

Job Requirements:

  • 4–7 years of experience in program/project management in SaaS or tech.

  • Familiar with Agile delivery and Jira.

  • Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.

  • Strong problem-solver with a track record of untangling issues and moving teams forward.

  • Collaborative and resourceful; thrives on building processes from scratch.

  • Positive, level-headed attitude — steady under pressure, approachable, able to lighten the mood when it counts.

  • Familiarity with AI tools and genuine passion for experimenting with new technologies to drive efficiency.

  • Excellent communicator with strong facilitation skills.

Physical Requirements:
