Join a traveling Physical Therapist team in Berkeley, CA, working in an outpatient clinic where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Active California Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. No new graduates. Minimum prior clinical experience required; candidate must demonstrate competency to perform independent outpatient evaluations and plan of care management. Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings, including evaluation, goal writing, documentation, and discharge planning. Proficiency with electronic medical record documentation, including functional quality indicators, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry. Ability to supervise and delegate to therapy aides or assistants and to participate in student clinical education as assigned. Maintain professional licensure and fulfill state‑mandated continuing education requirements. Adhere to discipline‑specific State Practice Act and professional code of conduct. Preferred: prior experience with orthopedic and community‑based functional treatment programs. Facility Type: Outpatient clinic. Assignment Duration: 13‑week assignment. Schedule: 5x8 (five days per week, eight‑hour shifts). Positions Available: 2 positions. Float Requirement: Candidate may be required to float to other facilities within the client network as needed.
