Holman Recon Center has an outstanding opportunity for a Part Time Parts Runner/Receiver to join their team and the Holman Family!

Job Details:

• Maintain accurate inventory records.

• Monitor stock levels and reorder parts as needed.

• Receive and process incoming orders from customers technicians and other departments.

• Pick parts from inventory based on order requirements.

• Package parts securely for shipping or pickup.

• Inspect parts for damage or defects before shipping or issuing to customers.

• Generate invoices packing slips and other documentation for shipped orders.

• Maintain records of parts movements including transfers returns and adjustments.

• Coordinate with other departments such as service sales and accounting to fulfill orders and resolve issues.

• Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

• Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned

Education and/or Training:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Familiarity with office technology and equipment including computers fax machines scanners printers phone systems etc.

Relevant Work Experience:

• 1-3 years experience in administrative services or related fields

• Prior experience working with automotive parts either in a dealership auto parts store or repair shop preferred but not required

• Knowledge of work processes and tools is generally limited to own area of responsibility

• Understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping software may be required

Regular Full-Time

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills experience relevant education or training and geographic location starting in the range of $20.00 - $25.72 USD per hour.
