The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.

The Parts Picker plays a key role in supporting the Service and Parts Departments by ensuring technicians receive the correct parts quickly and efficiently. This position partners closely with Parts Associates and Service Technicians to help deliver an exceptional service experience for our BMW customers. The Parts Picker is also responsible for stocking and organizing inventory to maintain accuracy and efficiency within the department.

This is a fastpaced detailoriented entrylevel position that offers meaningful opportunities for growth within the Parts or Service departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain required parts from the Parts Department and deliver them promptly to the appropriate Service Technician
• Sort label and stock incoming parts accurately within inventory
• Assist with answering Parts Department phone calls when the front counter is busy
• Maintain a friendly professional and efficient demeanor when interacting with internal teams and customers both in person and over the phone
• Unload and process parts delivery trucks
• Keep up to date with new BMW products and parts updates
• Attend and complete required training sessions and department meetings
• Maintain regular and dependable attendance

Qualifications & Requirements

• Basic math reading and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in an active fastpaced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer proficiency
• Valid drivers license with a clean motor vehicle driving record
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills experience relevant education or training and geographic location starting in the range of $20.00 - $23.40 USD per hour.
