What You’ll Do

• Get hands-on with landscaping and tree care planting, trimming, pruning, and cleanups
• Use tools and equipment (we’ll train you if you’re new)
• Work alongside a skilled crew to complete projects safely and efficiently
• Load materials, move equipment, and keep job sites running smoothly
• Help maintain tools, trucks, and equipment
• Follow safety guidelines to protect yourself and your team

What You Bring

• Landscaping or outdoor work experience is a plus but not required
• Willingness to work hard in all types of weather
• Eagerness to learn and take direction
• Strong work ethic and dependability
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Driver’s license is a plus
