Medical Receptionist
Our client is seeking a part time Medical Receptionist!
The job requirements for the Medical Receptionist are as follows:
»Must have access to your own person vehicle for the entire day
» 2 years of practice in a medical office setting – must have call center or scheduling practice
» expertise of medical terminology with HIPAA training
» capability to work independently and communicate well with patients
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
»Assist patients with enrolling into the portal
»Keep accurate documentation of phone messages for medical staff
»Schedule and confirm appointments for patients via telephone or in person
»Screening and sorting mail, documents, and faxes
Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 8am-5pm
The selected candidate will start their day at the Newburgh location from 8:00am to 12:00pm. They will take their lunch from 12:00pm to 1:00pm. They will return from lunch reporting to the Poughkeepsie location from 2:00pm to 5:00pm.
Pay: $18-$19 per hour
Mileage reimbursement will be provided and you will be paid for the travel time.
