The Opportunity:

The Invoicing Analyst will perform high-volume external client invoicing functions. This will include the set-up, creation, delivery, analysis, and associated reporting of all client invoicing needs.

This role requires a process minded individual with a high degree of detail orientation to manage a high volume of invoicing. Prior insurance experience along with great communications skills are critical for success.

In This Role You Will Execute On:

• Perform invoicing activities for assigned external clients.
• Support troubleshooting efforts for assigned clients by performing initial due diligence; collaborate with colleagues and leadership for issue resolution.
• Respond to invoicing related help desk inquiries using escalation process when necessary to address and resolve.
• Assist in the creation of invoicing processes and as assigned, build invoicing processes in Hylant's Agency Management System (AMS).
• Maintain invoicing documentation and invoicing activity details within Hylant's AMS.
• Identify process improvement opportunities; and collaborate with colleagues and leadership to recommend solutions and implementation of process optimization activity as assigned.
• Assist in tracking and reporting aged receivables as requested.
• Create and analyze invoicing reports and metrics as requested.
• Perform other duties and special projects as requested.

In This Role You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field OR High school diploma or equivalent plus one (1) or more years related experience.
• Insurance industry billing/invoicing experience. Hylant experience highly desired.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure and process qualitative or quantitative data and draw insightful conclusions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information to internal and external stakeholders.
• Computer Literacy: Strong skills associated with use of Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and other technology solutions necessary to manage role responsibilities.
• Epic experience highly desired
