Missouri Military Academy is seeking a dedicated and motivated Head Basketball Coach to lead and develop our basketball program. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a competitive team culture that emphasizes character, leadership, sportsmanship, discipline, and athletic excellence.
The Head Basketball Coach will oversee all aspects of the basketball program, including practice planning, player development, game preparation, recruiting assistance, supervision of student-athletes, and program administration. The coach will serve as a positive role model and mentor while supporting the Academy’s mission of developing young men into responsible citizens and leaders.
Qualifications:
Previous basketball coaching experience preferred
Strong knowledge of basketball fundamentals, strategy, and player development
Ability to mentor and motivate student-athletes
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required
Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurability requirements
Successful completion of background screening
