Babychan is a Nashville restaurant looking for a Kitchen Manager / Executive Sous Chef.
This is a dual role: you'll be a hands-on force in the kitchen and a steady operational backbone behind it. You'll work directly with our Chef Owners to manage day-to-day kitchen operations, and build a culture where cooks thrive.
