Executive Leadership Development Advisor (Education Background)

Remote | Professional Services | Pennsylvania

Professionals with experience in education often bring highly developed capabilities in communication, facilitation, and leadership.

Popcorn Potential is currently expanding its consulting network and is engaging with experienced individuals interested in applying these capabilities within an independent remote advisory environment focused on professional growth and leadership development.

This engagement is designed for established professionals seeking to utilise their background in mentoring, instruction, and development in a flexible consulting capacity.

Primary Focus

  • Facilitate guided virtual sessions centred on professional direction and leadership capability
  • Apply facilitation and mentoring experience within structured advisory interactions
  • Engage with professionals through digital platforms including LinkedIn and Zoom
  • Contribute to development-focused discussions and online engagement activities
  • Maintain alignment with established systems, processes, and compliance standards

This role provides a structured yet flexible consulting environment.

Background & Expertise

  • 5+ years’ experience in education, instructional leadership, or academic environments
  • Strong facilitation and communication capability
  • Experience supporting adult learning or development initiatives
  • Confidence working within remote platforms and digital tools
  • High level of personal accountability and organisation
