**Responsibilities**:
* Lead ERP implementation and complex system integration engagements
* Work directly with enterprise clients and stakeholders
* Analyze system requirements and translate into scalable configurations
* Support API integration and data migration projects
* Provide post-implementation optimization and advisory support
**Requirements:**
* 5+ years ERP consulting experience
* Experience with payroll or recruitment platforms preferred
* Strong system integration and process design knowledge
* Client-facing communication and advisory skills
* Understanding of compliance-driven business environments
