Location: Fort Worth, TX (On-site – Must work from the office) Working Hours: Monday to Friday Salary Range: $45,870 - $56,210 per year Description We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Marketing Associate to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited professional experience who are passionate about developing their skills in marketing. The Entry Level Marketing Associate will assist in implementing marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional activities, and supporting overall brand awareness efforts. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Support the creation and scheduling of social media content to engage target audiences.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
• Help coordinate events, promotional activities, and product launches.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives using analytics tools.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to produce marketing materials.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software is a plus.
