Key Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting editing and proofreading communications materials including press releases newsletters and social media posts.
• Support the management and scheduling of content across various social media platforms to enhance audience engagement.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare regular reports to keep the team informed of relevant news and trends.
• Help coordinate internal and external events ensuring all logistical aspects are managed smoothly.
• Maintain the communications database and update contact lists regularly to ensure accurate outreach.
• Collaborate with different departments to gather information and support ongoing projects and campaigns.

Qualifications :

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism Marketing or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content management systems.
