Target Business Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry & Spreadsheet Management Specialist to support daily business operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate data records, managing spreadsheets, and ensuring data integrity across systems.
The ideal candidate is efficient, reliable, and comfortable working with large volumes of data in a fast-paced environment.
Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems
Create and manage spreadsheets for tracking, reporting, and analysis
Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct as needed
Organize and maintain digital files and records
Generate routine reports for management and operations teams
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure data accuracy
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
1–2 years of data entry or administrative experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting, data organization)
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency
Experience with Google Sheets or database systems
Familiarity with basic data analysis or reporting
Experience in print, marketing, or business services environment
