About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic, guest‑focused Baristas to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast‑paced environments, enjoy connecting with people, and want to grow within a rapidly expanding hospitality brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide warm, genuine, high‑quality guest service throughout every interaction.
• Guide guests through the menu and help them select items they’ll love.
• Prepare all coffee and tea beverages according to The Salty’s standards.
• Operate the POS system with accuracy and complete opening/closing checklists.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming bar and front‑of‑house environment.
• Pack donut orders neatly and efficiently while maintaining product quality.
• Follow all food safety, quality, and FIFO procedures.
• Assist with restocking, inventory tasks, and putting away deliveries.
• Support overall store cleanliness, including lobby, patio, and guest areas.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth, efficient operations.

Qualifications:

• Experience in food service, café, restaurant, or guest service preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean workspace.
• Passion for coffee, food, and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30–50 lbs.
• Prior barista experience is a plus but not required — we provide full training.
