Position: Fill Finish & Cleaning Technician
Location: Melville
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday – Thursday (Enjoy a 3-day weekend!)
Hours: 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM (10-hour shifts)
Pay: $19.00 / hour
About the Role Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and looking to build a career in the life sciences? looking for a Fill Finish/Cleaning Technician to join our production team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our life-saving plasma-derived therapies are processed in a sterile, compliant, and efficient environment.
What You’ll Do
- Sterile Cleaning: Execute specialized cleaning and sanitization of cleanroom environments and production equipment
- Fill Finish Support: Assist in the final stages of the manufacturing process, including the setup and operation of filling lines.
- Compliance: Maintain meticulous documentation and logbooks to ensure full adherence to cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and FDA regulations.
- Equipment Care: Handle the assembly, disassembly, and sterilization (autoclave) of essential production components.
- Safety First: Maintain a safe work environment by following all PPE requirements and chemical handling protocols.

- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and wear cleanroom "bunny suits" or protective gear for the duration of the shift.
