We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Professional with 7+ years of experience in the Commercial construction industry. This position is with a highly regarded local General Contractor known for its commitment to keeping projects and employees local.

Business Development Key Responsibilities:

* Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the Commercial Construction industry.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project partners.
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive bids and proposals.
* Stay informed about industry trends and upcoming project opportunities to maintain a robust pipeline of work.
* Represent the company at networking events, client meetings, and industry-related forums.
