The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for an Automotive Corporate Controller Trainer. This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, fast-paced industry. Based out of Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois. the Automotive Corporate Dealership Controller Trainer is responsible for training, developing, auditing, and assisting Napleton’s dealership accounting teams. Job Responsibilities:

• Train Controllers and office teams to ensure that corporate policies and procedures are being followed
• Review and audit financial statement and accounting schedules
• Fill in for temporary absences
• Provide support to controllers and office staff
• Other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Five+ years of Dealership Office Manager/Controller Multi- Unit/High volume experience is required
• CDK experience is required
• Working knowledge of dealership financial statements
• Ability to explain technical financial information in an understandable manner
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 50% of time
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
