We are partnered with a property management team looking for a part time administrative assistant to help out on a temporary basis onsite at their Conshohocken office. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and administration and be professional with the tenants. If you are interested please apply here today.

work hours: 9 AM - 1 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Document Management: Filing, classifying, and scanning documents 
• Data Entry: Entering data and updating records in databases.
• Retrieval: Finding and retrieving files for employees or authorized users.
• Records Maintenance: Archiving old records and destroying confidential materials according to protocol.
• General Clerical Duties: Answering phones, sorting mail, and assisting with office tasks.
