Legal Department Internship Opportunity

eMed is seeking one (1) Summer Legal Intern to support our Legal Department during our 8-week Summer Internship Program, running from June 1st through July 31st, 2026 .

This internship provides hands-on experience within a fast-growing health-tech company operating at the intersection of healthcare, compliance, and innovation.

The Legal Intern will support:

  • Contract review and redlining

  • Regulatory research and analysis

  • Corporate governance initiatives

  • Compliance documentation and tracking

  • Privacy and policy-related projects

  • Organizing and maintaining legal records

  • Additional assigned projects as business needs evolve

Interns will gain direct exposure to the operational, regulatory, and governance framework of a nationally scaling healthcare platform.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited graduate degree program (pre-law, legal studies, or related field preferred)

  • U.S. Veterans are encouraged to apply

  • Strong research, writing, and organizational skills

  • Interest in healthcare, regulatory environments, or corporate governance

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Candidates must be willing to work onsite at our Miami, FL headquarters
